Fifteen expiry dates with days remaining. Expired is red, under 30 days is red, under 90 is amber.
The free AvLog tracks two dates. A working pilot carries a dozen, and the one that catches people is almost never the medical.

The hours in these shots belong to a made-up pilot — about 930 hours across a C172, a Baron and a King Air — so the tabs are shown doing arithmetic rather than sitting empty. They are not anyone's real logbook and not a claim about what you will fly.

Before you buy
What happens to the free logbook?
Nothing. AvLog stays free, stays a one-click download, and still needs no sign-up. Plus adds three new tabs and extends two existing ones — nothing was removed from the free file to make this, and nothing ever will be.
Do I get all the country editions?
Yes, all seven — ICAO, EASA, UK CAA, FAA, CASA, CAA New Zealand and Transport Canada. One payment covers the lot, because pilots move countries and buying it twice would be daft.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment of A$29, and your download link keeps working. A spreadsheet does not justify a monthly charge.
Will it work in Google Sheets or on a Mac?
Yes. It is a normal .xlsx and it works in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice. Every formula in every edition is recalculated on a real spreadsheet engine before release.
Can I move my existing flights across?
If you already use the free AvLog, the Flight Log tab is identical — copy your rows straight in and every Plus tab fills itself. Coming from another logbook, paste your flights into the same columns.
What if it is not for me?
