How listings work

Operator-posted roles are submitted directly by the hiring operator through their own AvLink account — these carry full qualification matching.

Aggregated roles are pulled from other job boards and are clearly labelled with their source. You apply for those on the original site.

Operators create a company profile and post roles under their own account. A role goes live as soon as it's posted.

Some operators carry a “Verified” badge — that means we've independently confirmed them. If there's no badge, we haven't verified that operator, so do your own due diligence before sharing personal information or accepting an offer.

• Operator “Verified” badge — we've independently confirmed that operator ourselves. No badge means we haven't.
• Pilot “Captain” badge — marks a pilot on our paid Captain membership. It is a membership marker, not vetting: we don't inspect any pilot's licences or logbook, so operators should apply the same due diligence to every applicant's documents regardless of badges.

We remove listings reported as inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent, and can suspend accounts that breach our standards.

A pilot should never be asked to pay for a job, for “training bonds” up front, or to send bank details before an offer. If a listing does any of that, report it — that's the fastest thing you can do for the pilot behind you.

AvLink is a marketplace — we are not a party to any employment agreement, and we don't guarantee pay figures or hiring outcomes.

Every listing has a “Report this listing” link on its page — pick a reason, add anything useful, send. No account needed, and it takes seconds. Reports go straight to a review queue we work through; if a role turns out to be fake, misleading or a fee scam, we pull it from the feed.

Operators can do the same with a pilot profile — open it from the talent pool and use “Report this profile” if the hours or ratings look misrepresented. A profile we act on comes out of the directory; the pilot's account and applications are untouched.
