Who licenses pilots in Hungary
Training in Hungary is licensed by the Hungarian civil aviation authority, under EASA Part-FCL, the common European licensing rules.

The medical
An EASA Class 2 medical for private flying, or a Class 1 if you intend to fly commercially — issued by an Aero-Medical Centre or an approved aeromedical examiner.
